SOCIAL WORKER For L.A. and Orange County- Childnet Youth &Family

We are currently seeking Social Workers for our various offices located in LA and Orange Counties.

Foster Family Network, a division of ChildNet, provides various support services to FFN foster children, foster parents and their natural families. The Social Worker position will be responsible for providing social services to the foster child, foster parents and the natural family. These services include supervision of foster families, participation in the foster child’s academic program, client treatment plans, and development/coordination of medical and psychological services for the placed child. The Social Worker must also be available by cell phone to ChildNet Management and Foster Families 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

**Supervision hours towards licensure (MFT/LCSW) available.

Master's degree in Social Work, Social Welfare, Marriage & Family Therapy, Child Psychology or other Community Care Licensing approved field. Foster Family Agency experience and Bilingual preferred.

All employees must pass an employment TB, drug and physical exam. Dept. of Justice/FBI/Child Abuse Index Search clearance must be on file prior to the first day of work. To meet the insurance underwriting requirements of this agency, employees must maintain a good driving record and keep a current copy of their auto insurance on file in Human Resources.
