Must possess strength-based, family centered approach and able to work on multi-disc. team. Clinic will work with adopted /relative caregiver families and/or Medi-Cal. Knowledge/use of DSM-IV-TR and computer skills reqÕd. Flexible, full time positions, nights and/or Sat. Generous benefits. Therapists: Current Ca. LCSW, MFT, PhD, lic. strongly pref, Master's Deg. & BBSE eligible reqÕd. 3 yrs. min. work exp. of therapy to children, teens & families reqÕd. Salary 40k range based on exp. Bi-linguals paid differential. Case Manager: Min of BA degree in soc work, psych, couns, or similar. Direct work exp providing case mgt and/or direct service to children, adolescents and families required. Understanding welfare system, adoption, and/or relative caregiving preferred. Medi-Cal doc. experience beneficial. Computer skills/transportation required. Salary 30k range based on experience Quality Assurance Supervisor: needed for new mental health clinic in Templeton. Provides oversight of intake, med. records, QA standards, HIPAA, and EPSDT/Medi-Cal billing. Org. skills, teamwork, client service, project dev. needed.
