Join the Thresholds team!Thresholds is seeking a dynamic residential youth worker for a community-based transitional living program for troubled/at risk youth between the ages of 18-21. Staff will be required to monitor youths' living arrangements, model appropriate behavior, assist youth in developing independent living skills, including assisting with housekeeping as needed.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Associate's degree in a Human Services discipline is required. Experience with troubled/at-risk youth, mental illness, emotional/behavioral disturbances, DCFS and residential care preferred.
The ideal candidate must possess good communication and written skills and must be computer literate. A valid driver's license, full time use of a vehicle and insurance is required.
