Kids Hope United, a child welfare social service agency that serves more that 15,00 children and their families is looking for highly dedicated and passionate individual to assist with the implementation of all aspects of quality improvement activities and initiatives within Kids Hope United.

We have 2 positions available. A full time position in Lake Villa, IL and a part time position in St. Louis MO.

We require a bachelor degree on Social Services or related degree. Master's preferred. Two years experience in social services, including placement and family counseling service; experience with the Illinois SACWIS system.
REQUIREMENTS
Specific Responsibilities:

Demonstrate the highest investment in and commitment to quality improvement practices of Kids Hope United in order to continuously improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers.
Coordinate the scheduling of quality improvement activities, such as peer record reviews, quality improvement teams, etc.
Ensure teams (peer review and quality improvement teams) are provided with forms and reports in order to accomplish quality improvement initiatives.
Develop a QI database through which information can be collected and provided to teams through reports for analysis and quality improvement activities.
Enter into the database information collected through various quality improvement activities, such as peer record reviews, quality improvement teams, outcomes, permanence and consumer surveys.
Assist in the coordination of QI Team meetings (scheduling, developing agenda and minutes).
Participate in ongoing Quality Improvement Team meetings.
Support the quality improvement activities of the CQIR Coordinator and Director.
Participate in the training of CQI functional components and other documentation training as needed.
Serve as a representative of the agency to external organizations/meetings in regard to program evaluation, quality assurance and utilization review.
Participate in the development and implementation of employee recognition plans for both individuals and teams to reward outstanding contribution to CQI.
Prepare and submit monthly reports of activities and current issues to the CQIR Coordinator.
