REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:

1.Master’s Degree in Social Work or Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology with respective Florida License.
2.Three years experience working with older adults
3.Strong oral and written communication skills.
4.Knowledge of HIPAA, Regulations regarding mandated abuse reporting, other state, federal regulations relative to the provision of screenings, evaluations, therapy and/or counseling services to patients of Nursing Homes, Adult Living Facilities or Hospitals.

DUTIES:

1.Performs client evaluations and provide diagnoses; formulate plan of treatment which promotes development and maintenance of individual goals.
2.Ability to use analysis, experience, and judgment to make effective decisions.
3.Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge.
4.Provides crisis intervention & facilitates conflict resolution; provides ongoing, short- or long-term individual, group, &/or family therapy.
5.Assesses and monitors client to evaluate success of treatment and adapts interventions as needed.
6.Maintains documentation of client services, ensuring compliance with Salus Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
7.Interfaces and collaborates with facility interdisciplinary team regarding client treatment planning, progress, and observations.
