Programs and Operations Assistant Director
Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC), a non-profit federally funded community health center network located in Everett, Washington seeks a dynamic personality to provide leadership for our rapidly growing practice network that includes including medical, dental, pharmacy and outreach services. The Assistant Director is charged with oversight and responsibility for community health outreach and pharmacy programs, for the day to day operations of the call center, and assisting the Chief Operating Officer in other operational activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include: Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline of healthcare, human/social services, business or other related discipline; three years of experience in a healthcare service operations setting, including two years with supervisory responsibilities; demonstrated leadership ability including meaningful supervisory experience, a team orientation, excellent written and oral communication skills, effective working relationships with individuals of various cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferences include: Masters Degree in related discipline; experience in medical, dental and pharmacy operations or with community outreach programs or services; experience/familiarity with federally qualified health centers; familiarity with grant funded clinical/outreach initiatives; Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE); membership of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), American Medical Group Association (AMGA) or other relevant professional organization.
