Program Director/Children’s Outpatient Program

To provide leadership and clinical supervision for Children’s Outpatient Programs, including SAP, Family Based Service, Targeted Case Management and Consultation & Education Programs.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.Provide leadership, direction and oversight to programs2.Review all referrals, assign cases, provide services during any assignment delays
3.Collaborate on a regular basis with Office of Behavioral Health4.Provide regular individual and group supervision of assigned staff
5.Ensure all required documentation is completed in a timely, legible manner
6.Ensure services follow CASSP Principles and that delivery of services are convenient to families, this includes evening and weekend service provision.
7.Consult with Child Psychiatrist on a regular basis
8.Collaborate with all systems involved9.Oversee budget and approve all expenditures through appropriate channels
10.Conduct orientation of new staff
11.Ensure all productivity standards are met
12.Attend all required meetings outside of PATH as assigned
13.In conjunction with Human Resources, participate in related investigations
14.Handle disciplinary problems by discussing with your supervisor and the Human Resources Department
15.Approve vacation, personal and sick leave, ensure coverage and process time sheets
16.Be aware of and follow PATH policies and procedures including those regarding confidentiality of treatment
17.Participate in team meetings and case conferences
18.Participate in supervision, trainings and other assigned committees, or task forces
19.Be aware of and ensure programs are in compliance with all applicable licensing regulations, funding requirements and agency procedures
20.Contribute to any quality improvement/outcome measurement tracking, development, data gathering as assigned
21.Ensure quality clinical and administrative records
22.Ensure all vacancies are filled, by interviewing, selecting prospective employees then recommending them for hire to the Human Resources Department
23.Complete job performance evaluations of assigned staff
24.Oversee 24/7 beeper coverage
25.Provide beeper coverage as assigned
26.Provide evening supervisory coverage as assigned
27.Maintain credentials for professional licensure
28.Other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Ph.D. required with license in behavioral health discipline. Expertise and experience in clinical supervision and direct provision of therapy. Knowledge of community resources and school systems preferred.
