PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Positions available in Lafayette and Kokomo

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

To coordinate the total day-to-day programming and administration needed to enhance the continuing development of the individuals being served. The Program Director will provide leadership, management and support to the individuals we serve as well as support staff.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:

BS/BA required in Human Services or related field. Must have a sound knowledge of human behavior and relationships. The Program Director must have the ability to prioritize, delegate, coordinate and provide all needed follow-up.
