Program Director

NAFI CT, Inc. is a non profit agency working with adolescents in both residential and community based settings throughout Connecticut. Our evidence based Multidimensional Treatment Foster Care Program (MTFC)is currently seeking a Program Director in our Wallingford site. This person will oversee a team of individuals and will be responsible for the coordination of services for foster families and youth in the New Haven and Waterbury regions.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include knowledge and experience with Connecticut's foster care system/regulations. He/she should possess supervision experience, be detailed oriented, well organized, and have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. Must possess a Masters Degree and 3 years of foster care experience. Must be licensed or license eligible within six months.
