Program Coordinator

Program Coordinator-Full Time


Brighton Center’s Youth Services Department is seeking an individual to oversee operations of residential programs for youth.
Must be knowledgeable and ensure the program is in compliance with state regulations for licensing, health department and fire marshal visits.
Must be familiar with the structure and schedule needed for a 24 hour residential program.
Must ensure that staff are adequately trained to meet their job duties and responsibilities.
Must provide supervision, address and resolve issues, evaluate program effectiveness, gather data, write reports and participate in grant writing.

REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s degree preferred with supervisory and clinical experience.
Must possess excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and be willing to work flexible hours with on-call duties.

Salary range $38,000-$42,000
