The Center has an opportunity available for a FULL TIME Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities include:

Evaluating geriatric patient needs
Carrying out proper physical therapy treatment as prescribed,and recording findings
Communicating and working closely with other Center staff.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements are: PA Licensure, Graduate of accredited PT program, Min. 1 year experience in Long-Term Care. The position requires knowledge of MDS & Geriatric Rehab.
