PT Bilingual Clerical Assistant (06*92L) Child Family North – Metro Center SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Office Manager, the clerical assistant is responsible for entering and correcting UOS information into the County IS system. DUTIESInput UOS data into the County IS systemFind and make corrections for data input for IS systemClosing cases in County system for assigned programsAssist with opening of cases in County systemAssist with data entry in Echo systemAccurate filing of client documentsProvide coverage for other clerical duties as requested by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent.Must be bilingual English/Spanish.Minimum of one-year experience working in a professional office preferred.Must possess the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and staff.Ability to produce accurate work and meet deadlines.
