PHYSICAL THERAPY/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY POSITIONSWesley Enhanced Living (WEL)is a robust, non-profit leader in retirement services and communities with a respected, faith-based history and a promising future. Our exceptional employees are committed to enhancing the quality of life for more than 1,000 residents of our four Pennsylvania retirement communities. We are currently seeking experienced professionals in physical and occupational therapy (PRN PT/OT, Fulltime PTA, Fulltime OT/COTA) at our enhanced living community at Evangelical Manor in NE Philadelphia. At WEL, we are creating a new paradigm of aging services--transforming Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs) to Enhancing Life Communities (ELCs) that focus on enhancing the mind, body, and spirit at each stage of the service continuum. In short, we are breaking the "rules" of aging. In the short term, we are optimizing our existing facilities and services and reenergizing our workforce to create self-sustaining, well-funded, market-driven service models and to provide a great place for our residents to live and our employees to work.We are only interested in hearing from individuals who have the desire and ability to function with minimal supervision and the who will embrace the freedom to act in the best interest of our resident clients.
REQUIREMENTS
If you hold current PA licensure, are well versed in Medicare, and enjoy working with a varied inpatient/outpatient caseload, come join us as move to change the world of services for the aging.
