Outpatien Clinical Supervisor

The position will carry a clinical caseload as well as provide assigned administrative and supervisory responsibilities for the outpatient department. Will provide outpatient individual, group, and family therapy services to clients with mental health issues. Provide direct supervision to clinical staff and student interns. Responsible for orientation and training of new therapists and for case assignments to therapists. Work with HR and Director concerning employee hiring, discipline, and discharge. Assists Outpatient Director in the development of policies and procedures for the outpatient department. (complete job description on file)

REQUIREMENTS
MASTERS DEGREE in social work, counseling, psychology or related discipline and minimum of 3-5 years experience in mental health outpatient treatment. LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION IN RELATED FIELD IS PREFERRED.
