This is accomplished through a coordinated network of providers including nurse practitioners, physicians, hospitalists, specialists, acute care hospitals, hospice facilities, DME providers, pharmacists, etc.



Inspiris is a healthcare company operating for over six years across four states. Inspiris contracts with Managed Care Plans to serve the unique needs of the special population who reside in long term care facilities.
