Mental Health Worker

Resources for Human Development, Inc (RHD) is a large non-profit values-based corporation that currently provides $136M in services across ten states and the District of Columbia. We have over 3000 employees and more that 150 programs. Among other populations it provides residential services for the mentally ill, the developmentally disabled, the criminally adjudicated, those who are drug and/or alcohol addicted, and those who are homeless.

Our residential treatment program in Norristown is seeking qualified, highly motivated, compassionate individuals to provide behavioral supports to individuals suffering with chronic mental illnesses. Experience preferred, but training will be provided. Candidates must have a valid PA driver’s license, a willingness to learn and the ability to work well in a team-centered environment. The Position is on-call with the opportunity to move to full-time within 250 hours of service. Second and third shifts currently available.
