Manager/Senior Mgr Assurance Services – Health Care and NFP

We are currently seeking a Manager and a Senior Manager in our San Francisco Assurance Services department for our Health Care and Not-for-Profit/Governmental Niches. Managers and Senior Managers provide both leadership and supervision to Staff and Seniors and manage external audit engagements. They work together with the Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs, engagement management, client relationships, and staff development.

Moss Adams maintains one of the largest public accounting Health Care practices in the West, specializing in services to hospitals, medical practices, long-term care facilities, ambulatory centers, and home health practices.

Moss Adams Not-for-Profit Services is a growing niche that provides a broad range of tax, assurance, and consulting services to colleges and universities, arts and culture organizations, and large local nonprofit organizations.

REQUIREMENTS
•Minimum of 5 years (Manager) or 7 years (Senior Manager) of assurance experience gained within a public accounting firm
•Health Care, Not-for-Profit or Governmental audit experience
•BS in Accounting and CPA required
•A willingness and ability to travel to client locations
•Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
•Strong analytical and reporting writing skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to mentor and train others
•Senior Manager candidates must have a minimum of 4 years supervisory and training experience plus strong presentation skills and marketing ability
