MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Saint Gabriel's Hall, a residential facility for court adjudicated male juveniles located in Audubon, PA, seeks a full time Maintenance Supervisor.

Saint Gabriel's Hall is a component of Saint Gabriel's System, which operates both residential and day treatment centers, under the auspices of Catholic Social Services of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Requires:
Minimum of a high school or trade school diploma
Five to ten years of trade experience which includes experience/training in the major areas of institutional maintenance or related fields including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering and general repairs.
Experience in building and equipment maintenance.
Two to five years supervisory experience
Knowledge of fire, safety, and sanitation regulations.

The position also requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and ability to be on-call 24/7 (a shared responsibility).
