The Quality Improvement Assistant is responsible for preparing documents including reports, memos, minutes and other correspondence related to QI functioning. In addition, data entry and monitoring of received/compiled data will be required utilizing Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. Photocopying of materials, both confidential and non-confidential, retrieval, recording and proper forwarding of messages, and other secretarial duties also required. Other duties may be assigned by the supervisor.
The hours for this position are Monday-Friday (9am – 1pm).
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, prior demonstrated leadership and organizational experience and a minimum of 30 wpm typing speed. Associate’s degree preferred. Applicant must have MS Word, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint capabilities, clerical experience such as typing, filing and compiling reports and ability to compute mathematical equations such as percentages, averages, etc.
