SUPPORTIVE CASE MANAGER

Family Services of Chemung is an independent, not-for-profit organization dedicated to the provision of comprehensive, quality, home care services. For almost 140 years, we have served the families of Chemung County.

The purpose of Family Services is to assist individuals, families and the community in meeting the complexities of daily living by fostering the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and promote healthy, independent personal development, and responsible social functioning.

Full-time positions are currently available in the MHC providing a range of therapy, crisis, and case management services to children, adolescents, and adults on site and in the community, including school-based services.

Therapist Qualifications

MSW, RN, or other QMHP with mental health related experience preferred.

Supportive Case Manager Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with mental health experience preferred.
