Lead Therapist

Clerical Supervisor - You will supervise a busy office staff in a modern outpatient criminal justice treatment environment in the Metro-Phoenix area. Excellent office skills including typing, data entry, computers, financial management, telephones, and customer service are required. At least one year's experience managing people in a demanding (for accuracy and timeliness) organization is necessary. This position requires reliability, punctuality and a commitment to excellence to meet the demands of the courts and criminal justice community. We seek a self-starter who is diplomatically assertive with staff, yet knows how to hold staff accountable for accomplishment of clearly-stated daily, weekly, and monthly office goals. You must be customer-service oriented, and capable of seeing tasks through to completion. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and multi-tasking abilities. This skilled manager will be granted autonomy to manage independently within clearly established guidelines. Normal hours, 8-5, M-F. Bilingual language skills are a plus. Position reports to an experienced Operations Manager. Salary: Early-to-mid-thirties, DOE. You must provide valid employment history. Experience managing others (validation required), strong typing or word-processing skills, knowledge of MS Office Suite software, experience with a client database, and customer service experience. You must be a self-starter, punctual and reliable. Experience with computers and networks is a strong plus. Willingness to learn a business system and respect for established policies and procedures is necessary. Training experience and bilingual is a plus.
