JOB COACH- Part-Time
Provides job coaching, work readiness instruction, and support services to clients with barriers to employment working in an outdoor custodial project in Waikiki. Must be able to work outside & able to walk custodial route in Waikiki with client. High School and 1-2 years related experience working in vocational guidance services required.
SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Full-Time or Part-Time on-call. Assists persons with developmental disabilities to complete activities of daily living and community access. Provides personal, social, and vocational skills training in home and community based settings. High School diploma/GED and 1 year experience with persons with disabilities preferred. Access to insured vehicle, current Driver License and clean driver's abstract required.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Coordinates support services for individual with disabilities to meet self-determined goals, maintains documentation, and acts as an advocate for participant. Must have experience writing support plans, be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong administrative skills. BA & 1-2 years related experience with individual with disabilities required. Access to insured vehicle, current Driver License, and clean driver's abstract required.
