The Rochelle Center is a non-profit organization serving adults with mental retardation/developmental disabilities located immediately southwest of downtown Nashville.

The agency provides day training and residential services to the disabled. It operates a day program Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The Job Coach position provides hands-on-support to our consumers with disabilities. Our emphasis is training consumers to learn jobs through contract work that will help them go out into the community and seek gainful employment.

The following are specifics about this position:

Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Wage: $9.50 per hour
Minimum Education: High School or GED
Experience: Hands on experience with the disabled, elderly or persons with Alzheimer's preferred. Experience working in a Special Education and/or Vocational Rehabilitation setting also a plus.

Core Pre and Post Employment Training, CPR/First Aid

Must have clean driving record.
