Human Resources Coordinator

NHS is a leading provider of Behavioral Health Services in PA, NJ, VA, and OH and is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator. The Coordinator will work along side HR Managers, Directors, and Recruitment.

Position Summary: To coordinate activities within the Regional HR office and assist the HR Directors, Managers, and Recruitment in various projects.

General Responsibilities:
1. Monitor HR Hotline and E-mail site.
2. Perform Kronos entry and correction and research, as needed, to support Programs.
3. Work on HR Projects and Initiatives either as part of a team or individually.
4. Collect data, prepare and distribute metric reports.
5. Prepare and distribute Recruiting reports.
6. Assist HR Director, HR Managers, and Recruitment in all duties, as assigned.
7. Develop and run Crystal Reports for HR staff and mangers.
8. Verify employment of past and present employees.
9. Provide assistance to HR and Legal staff relating to legal or discriminations charges or claims.
10. Work with TALX/Employers Unity as needed.
11. Process Concentra billing.
12. Prepare and maintain and distribute logs, postings, and reports as defined by HR Director.
13. Field calls from managers and employees, and assist in addressing the issue(s).
14. Perform preparatory work for meetings and take minutes as appropriate.
15. File and Copying as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-2 years HR experience
or
Associates Degree with minimum 3 years HR experience.

Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office Programs.
