Thresholds' Deaf South program is seeking a House Manager to work as part of a team to provide recovery focused rehabilitation services to nine deaf adults with mental illness and developmental disabilities living in a residential setting. The House Manager will facilitate groups, assist members with regular outings into the community, teach individual members the skills needed to develop independence and improve their quality of life. This person will be responsible to communicate clinical and program issues to your team and supervisor, as well as attend all required meetings and complete required documentation accurately and in timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in the area of social work, rehabilitation, occupational therapy, or special education preferred.
- Fluency in one or more signed languages.
