Program: Home Health

Status: Full-time or half-time
Positions available from Redwood City south to San Jose.

Description:
Provides skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, making 5-6 patient visits/day. Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team of nurses, social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and home health aides. As Weekend Option RN, works 4 consecutive days including Saturday and Sunday and is paid for 5 days of work. Full-time option works every weekend; half-time works every other weekend. Full time is fully benefited. Part time is benefited at 1/2 time.

REQUIREMENTS
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California. Minimum of one year of professional registered nurse experience required. Strong clinical assessment and teaching skills. Well-organized, independent self-starter. California drivers license, automobile and automobile insurance. Current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
