Group Home Worker

Group Home for abused and neglected adolescents between the ages of 11-17 seeks Entry Level full-time Group Home Worker. Responsibilities include supervision of residents, one-on-one counseling and mentoring to youth in placement. Hours are 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule. Shifts are 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm throughout the week and weekends. EOE.
REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree (preferably in a human service related field) is required. Previous experience working with adolescents is desired. Per Illinois Department of Children and Family Services licensing standards, post offer candidates must be 21 years of age, have a valid Illinois driver's license, submit to a full background check, and have a medical and TB test, and submit official academic transcripts.
