Group Home Supervisor

GROUP HOME SUPERVISOR

The Program Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and
supervising the overall operations of the program to ensure that
quality of service delivery is maintained, and that lines of
communication among the families, staff and program managers are functional and positive. The Program Supervisor assures proper staffing, budget control and the completion of all required documentation related to the functioning of the home. The Supervisor assures appropriate staff interactions and support for all residents in the program. Some direct care involved.

Qualifications:

A Bachelors Degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation or a related Behavioral Science is preferred. Minimum one-year supervisory experience, plus three years working with people with developmental disabilities. Valid New Jersey driver’s license required.
