Foster Care Program Clerk

Track Woodland Center (including Therapeutic Foster Care and Mental Retardation programs) training, prepare reports, assure proper documentation filed.
Prepare training materials for trainers
Performs weekly audits of programs, medical, financial, training records (for content)
Attend and takes minutes at meetings as needed
Train staff in standard modality as assigned College of Direct Supports local administrator

REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate/GED
Valid Driver’s License
Strong interpersonal skills
Two years office experience working with top level management
Ability to multitask
Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Basic skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Positive attitude
Dependability Ability to develop and maintain comprehensive filing and record systems
Basic knowledge of state and federal regulatory licensing procedures
