Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is a non-profit community development corporation that provides behavior health, social services programs, such as training, counseling, housing, lending, head start and a charter school, through out the state of Arizona.

Provides advocacy and support services information to eligible families, pregnant teens (women-families) who have a child age birth through three years of age, about community resources and assists them in accessing appropriate services.

Requires: BA in social services or related field and one-year experience in the provision of social services to pregnant teens, young children and their families. Experience in Early Childhood Education or AA in ECE, plus two years experience working in an Early Childhood Education environment and working with culturally diverse and low-income families. Data entry experience is required, plus working knowledge of computer, word processing, and data required MS WORD, MS ACCESS, MS EXCEL, and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish desired. Salary is comparable with experience.
