Friends Hospital has an immediate full time opening for DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL WORK.

Working with the Clinical Services Department, the Director of Social Work provides clinical supervision for all social workers and masters level clinicians to ensure that social work standards for social history and discharge planning are implemented as well as ensuring the implementation of the active treatment program. Provides clinical supervision to bachelor level therapists to ensure active treatment interventions as well as recreational/diversional groups.

REQUIREMENTS
Current PA Social Worker License required

Masters Degree in Social Work required

Minimum five (5) years experience as a Behavioral Health Social Worker including experience in Geropsychiatry required

Minimum two (2) years experience managing a Social Services Department in a Behavioral Health Facility required
