Director of Family Living

The Director of Family Living will oversee an

*Develops programs and proposals to expand services and reports on same in writing.
*Ensures adherence and compliance to program best practices, NHS policies, and outside agencies.
*Ensures compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements as well as requirements from payors.
*Ability to work with other departments within the agency to meet individual needs.
*Ensures timely development of client service plans.
*Collects, interprets and documents statistical information to monitor program trends and performance.
*Identifies opportunities for growth, development and improvement within programs and between other service lines that enhance the coordination of service delivery and reports on them in writing.
*Other job duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
4 years of experience working in the human services field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills required.
Marketing skills a plus.
Basic knowledge of computer.
Valid drivers license.
