Manatee Glens Corporation promotes prevention and recovery for people and communities touched by crisis, mental illness and addiction. Manatee Glens Corporation is the areas's oldest & largest provider or mental health & addiction treatment services.

This position requires experience within the foster care and child welfare system. The successful candidate must have the ability to maintain working relationships with a variety of community partners and agencies. This position is a full-time. Hours are 8:30am - 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Knowledge of community resources is necessary as well as the ability to interface with other agencies (law enforcement, school districts, social service agencies) regarding complex clinical situations;Must be experienced in recognizing and managing difficult situations appropriatelyProfessional communication and strong assessment skillsComputer literateExcellent judgment & ability to work independently
REQUIREMENTS
Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field Must have a minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience as well as experience in child welfare or foster care fieldMust be self-directed and able to manage complex operations
