Mountain Lake Services is seeking direct support professionals to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities throughout Essex County. Responsibilities include promoting individualization by honoring and offering choices. Encouraging people to be independent and actively involved in all aspects of daily life. Providing physical assistance, training counseling and emotional support as needed. Advocating on behalf of people receiving services by sharing relevant information on an ongoing basis. Actively networking within the community to help develop friendships and natural supports. Maintaining a clean, attractive, safe and healthy home environment.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED, satisfactory driving record and no lifting restrictions required.
