Direct Care Supervisor

Our work is built upon the professionalism of 2,200 employees, including professional social workers, licensed psychologists, and psychiatrists, as well as clinical support personnel. A corps of 2,000 dedicated volunteers work with our staff.

We are seeking Direct Care Supervisors (Milieu Supervisors) to work in our residential facilities in Staten Island and Westchester. The Milieu Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and guidance of all milieu staff, ensuring that proper coverage is maintained and that appropriate training is provided. As an integral part of the clinical team, the Supervisor will ensure that all necessary
therapeutic interventions determined by the clinical team are carried out.
REQUIREMENTS
BA in related discipline required along with a minimum of three years of experience in residential treatment. Supervisory experience preferred.
