GOOD COMMUNICATION AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED.Duties include meal planning and preparation, medication management, assistance with daily living skills, integration into the community for appointments and activities, excellent communication skills.Full Time and Part Time positions available.
Full time employees are required to work every other weekend.Day/Evening shifts-7 days on 7 days off-$.50 differentialAwake night shifts- 7 days on 7 days off
3P-11P shifts
evening and weekend PT shifts availableFully paid benefits for the full time employee include: medical, dental, vision, prescription, PTO, life insurance with STD, 125 CAFE Plan and 401K plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidate MUST have experience in working in crisis situations, have good redirection skills and excellent deescalation skills.Requirements include a High school diploma or equivalent, valid drivers license, clean drivers record, vehicle registration, vehicle insurance,and access to a vehicle.
All Applicants must be free from all criminal, vehicular and child abuse background checks.
