Development Manager and Development Coordinator

Two positions available:
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in event planning, fundraising, or related field desired. Must have excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, excellent oral and written communication skills, and time management skills. Friendly and outgoing personality; ability to work independently or as a contributing member of a team.
REQUIREMENTS
Development manager: Ability to meet fundraising goals; development of volunteer committees; coordination of all communication materials for fundraising campaign; planning and directing logistics for assigned events; development of annual budgets and strategic plans; risk management.

Development coordinator: ability to meet fundraising goals; coordination of volunteer development program; recruitment and oversight of volunteer committees; development of annual budgets and strategic plans; post event communications for events.
