Community Enterprises. Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of the underserved citizens of Kansas City through accessible and affordable primary health and behavioral services.

Swope Health Services has two Community Support Worker-Intensive Level positions open. Professional candidate will provide assessment, case management and monitoring services to children and adolescents in the Intensive CPRP program in the Children's Services area of the Behavorial Health department.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate degree a in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related required field. One to three years experience working with children/adolescents and their families required.
