NAFI CT, Inc. is a non-profit, strength based social service agency working with adolescents in both residential and community based care throughout Connecticut. Our evidence based Multi Systemic Therapy (MST) program provides intensive community based therapy for adolescents and their families. We are currently seeking a Therapist / Clinical Case Manager in the New Haven/Middletown area to provide clinical services for up to five families.
New Haven = 1 Full Time
Middletown - 2 Full Time
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess a masters degree in a related field and have experience working with adolescents. Extensive statewide travel required. Bilingual strongly preferred.
