Client Services Authorization Specialist

Responsible for acting as the main contact and liaison between the Agency and the Sacramento County Child and Family Access Team, developing training and facilitating methods for communicating effectively and positively with the Sacramento County Child and Family Access Team, participating in a variety of program services support activities such as research projects, documentation, administrative recordkeeping, and participating as an effective and positive team member.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organizational, communication, networking and computer skills. Must be able to perform detailed duties with a high degree of accuracy and to establish and maintain successful, effective and positive communications with diverse individuals within and outside the Agency. Ability to meet the professional standards and requirements for assigned duties and responsibilities. Examples of methods by which one may demonstrate the requirements include progressively responsible administrative/program services support experience within the mental health or a similar community based program such as intake, community outreach, or compliance. Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, business, social work or a related field is desirable.
