Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner

Clinical Nurse Practioner needed for Outpatient Services. Responsibilities include: conduct psychiatric evaluations; prescribes medication; assesses and evaluates clients for management of sumptoms; evaluates clients' physical and mental condition and documents in clinical record; provide consultation to clinical staff regarding treatment and care services; develops treatment plans for clients receiving medication management; complete discharge prescriptions, idscharge orders and aftercare plans; provides medication education and diagnosis education to clients; provide community support services (education, consultation with Primary Care Physicians, etc.). Must have experience in mental health setting.
