Casey Family Programs is a national operating foundation that provides, improves – and ultimately prevents the need for – foster care. Currently, we are seeking a skilled individual to perform case management duties in a care coordination role with families providing permanency for foster youth or young adults requiring transition services. This position requires extensive contact with community resources and other types of service providers and offers a rewarding opportunity to facilitate the adjustment, positive growth, development, and eventual self sufficiency of youth and/or stabilization of caretaking families by utilizing an array of resources which includes financial supports, housing, transportation, child care, physical health, psychological, legal, community, cultural enrichment and educational services.
REQUIREMENTS
Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field and 2 years experience working in a social service agency. Interviewing and counseling abilities are essential as are solid interpersonal, teaching and teamwork skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
