Behavior Technician

NAFI CT, Inc. is a non profit, strength based agency working with youth in both community based and residential settings throughout CT. We are currently seeking one full time Behavior Technician to work in a 4 bed group home in Prospect,1 full time 3rd shift Behavior Technician to work in the Bristol group home and 1 full time 2nd shift Behavior Technician to work at the New Britain Group Home serving male adolescents / young adults with Mental Retardation / Developmental Disabilities. Technicians assist youth with daily living skills, transportation, development and implementation of behavior and educational plans and provide crisis intervention / de-escalation as needed.
Prospect - 1 full time
Bristol - 1 full time 3rd shift
New Britain - 1 full time 2nd shift
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates should possess Bachelors degree in related field and have experience working with MR / DD population and / or experience working within a residential setting.
