BILINGUAL Clinic Social Worker

Provides assessment of physical, psychological, social and economic needs of clinic patients and their families. Provides crisis intervention and on-going mental health counseling for clinic patients. Facilitates the linkage of clinic patients and their families to community services. Advocates for the development of new programs and services, both in the clinic and the community, to meet needs of clinic patients and their families and assists clinic administration in securing funding through grants and other sources.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work
Experience: Two years of experience in clinical social work setting preferred. Bilingual Spanish-English speaker REQUIRED.

Certified Master Social Worker (C.M.S.W.) by the Tennessee Board of Social Work preferred .
