High School Diploma or Equivalent Required ** Temporary 3-Month Assignment - Wednesday evenings ** Designs and implements children's program based on the Nurturing Family Model which foster prevention "Best Practices that Meets Specific needs of the contracted services.Works collaboratively with schools, community agencies and other community resources in providing high quality programs that meet the needs of young people in the community and that reflect prevention best practices.HS Diploma required. Certified in education, counseling, social work, or related field (a +). Associate Prevention Professional (APP) required within two years of hire. (Current APP preferred). At least one year of experience working directly with youth, particularly those who are high risk, and with parents and professionals.
