Program: Hospice

Status: Per Diem
RN or LVN for After Hours Visits/On Call/Per Diem

San Francisco south to Burlingame area: Every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 5PM - 12 midnight and/or every Wednesday and Thursday 5PM to 8:30AM
Work part or all of the above schedule.

Description:
RN or LVN to be on-call from your home. Make home visits as requested by the triage RN to hospice patients residing in San Francisco south to Belmont. Guaranteed minimum plus reimbursement for all visits door to door.

REQUIREMENTS
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)licensed in the state of California; minimum one year recent acute care experience; strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills; strong IV skills. Personal automobile for work; current automobile insurance, and current CPR certification.
