Adult Dual-Diagnosis, Clinician (137414-656)

We're right where you want to be for a successful career!As a Clinician II, you will provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, case management, crisis intervention, individual and/or group counseling services to adults in an outpatient setting. Functions as an integral part of an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment or case plans, assessment criteria and programmatic goals, objectives and activities. Provides clinical assessment. Develops treatment plans for clients in conjunction with team members. Attends and participates in-service training sessions and related training opportunities as made available, as well as appropriate staff meetings. Documents client service provided according to the approved clinical standard rules, regulations and procedures of the center. Educates other providers and Stakeholders regarding the program and services available as requested. Will coordinate closely with case manager and staff from other providers. Provides therapy and/or clinical case management for a full caseload of families and/or their individual members. Provides community consultation and education to community gencies, schools, and neighborhood groups. Serves as a resource to clinic staff in area of specialization and attends case staffing. Performs intakes and psychosocial assessments of families and their individual members. Conducts ongoing therapy with families, couples, children, adolescents, and adults (individually and in-group as therapeutically indicated) within a brief therapy framework. Monitors caseload for re-authorizations.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirement consists of a 21-year age, Master’s degree in the Behavioral Health field (Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work) plus two (2) years of full-time behavioral health experience. Licensed LISAC highly pref'd. Experience working dual diagnosis adult population required.
