NAFI CT, Inc is a non profit, strength based agency servicing adolescents in residential and community based care throughout Connecticut. We are currently seeking Adolescent Development Specialists to work in residential facilities (32 bed facility in Waterbury and 26 bed facility in Litchfield)servicing female adolescents. Responsibilities include assisting youth with daily living and treatment, individual and group counseling, recreational activities, crisis intervention / de-escalation as needed. 2nd and 3rd shift positions available at both Litchfield and Waterbury facilities.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates should possess Bachelors Degree in related field (not required) and / or related experience working within a residential setting or with adolescents.
