Traffic Specialist

Work with carriers to ensure on time shipment delivery to international destinations
Provide shipment details to Autodesk Business center to assist shipment inquiresPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:Provide specialized paperwork for International shipments (Customs invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading etc.)
Ensure proper staging of shipments and completion of correct paperwork
Ensures compliance with customer routing requirements
Provide consignees with tracking numbers, flight details or bill of lading numbers when required
Schedule courier and trucking company pick-ups
Point of contacts for transportation carriers and Autodesk customer service groups
Familiar with and participate in entire Distribution and Traffic shipping processRequirements:1-2 years international traffic experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Computer literate with good typing skills
Familiarity with multiple country Customs regulations
Possess a willingness to help out where and when needed
Must be able to lift 50 lbs, load pallets, shrink wrap and do other Traffic related physical laborDesired Knowledge/Skills:Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
High school diploma
Knowledge of FedEx Ship Manager or DHL and UPS shipping system helpfulWork Experience:Experience with SAP system and working in Freight Forwarding industrial helpful
