Your tasks
This position will provide support for the Internet Media department. That team is responsible for the recruitment of online media partners that meet department intake, spending and profitability goals.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:Negotiate buys and manage relationships with external Media vendors, agencies and brokers
Research and solicit Media vendors using various research tool and techniquesAnalyze and optimize Media reports and campaigns
Frequent review of overall Media mix to identify deficiencies and act on opportunitiesReview and analyze back-end vendor level performance to judge effectiveness of campaigns.Our requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Advertising preferred
Three (3) years media buying/planning or general Internet Marketing experience
Internet media buying experience preferred
Experience in performance-based deals (cost per action) preferred
Excel, Access, Word, Internet/search engines, email, Nielsen NetRatings, Power Point
Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
Ability and willingness to adapt, prioritize, multi-task and change direction as necessary
